A.W.A.N.A. is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 and stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed." Awana is a Bible memory and discipleship club for children ages 3-18. We meet every Wednesday at St. John's from 3:30-5:10 pm, September to April.
Children can start at any time. Each week the kids come to recite Bible verses they have memorized, study the Bible and play games that build mind-body focus and strength.
The goal of Awana is that every child and youth comes to personally know, love, and faithfully serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
Cubbies: 3-4 years
Sparks: 5-7 years
T & Ts: 8-11 years

Every week, over 2.5 million kids meet together in Awana clubs in 100 countries around the world, from urban centers to tribal villages. We are blessed to be a part of that big picture of what God is doing!
Awana has many awards and incentives, including college scholarships, and our club participates in all regional Awana events such as Bible Quiz and AwanaGames and Honor Camp.
